Reference to prices on this Website may differ to those offered in store, and act as an indication only of the approximate cost. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST.

Although we do our best to ensure prices stated on this website are accurate, errors do occur and where this occurs we will not be bound by the incorrect pricing stated, and reserve the right to cancel your purchase.

Where reference is made to Supersize, Upsize or Upgrade in a promotion, this refers to paying the same price for the larger bed advertised as the smaller bed advertised. It does not refer to the consumer receiving an additional bed at no extra cost.


Our mattress will be delivered from our Auckland warehouse to Auckland customer at a flat rate of $89. Please contact us if you are living outside Auckland, we are happy to quote you the delivery cost.

Refund Policy

Damaged in Transit

If your order is damaged in transit, please photograph the damage and report this to the delivery driver or to beds n lounge direct within 24hrs of the delivery, you must keep all packaging.

Failures (minor and major)


If the goods we supply do not comply with a consumer guarantee, but can be remedied within a reasonable time, we will either repair the goods or replace the goods with goods of identical type. If we cannot repair or replace the goods within a reasonable time, we will provide you with a refund of the purchase price.


A ‘major failure’ is where the failure in the goods cannot be repaired or cannot be repaired within a reasonable time.

If a failure amounts to a major failure, you are entitled to return the goods and choose to have a replacement of the goods or a refund. Alternatively, you may elect to retain the goods and obtain compensation for the reduction in the value of the goods. Where you choose a replacement, we will where available, provide goods of the same type and similar value to the returned goods.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact beds n lounge direct within 24hrs of delivery. Damaged goods must be returned to beds n lounge direct in the condition received by you with all original packaging, together with all packing slips.

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as we do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase.
